We are excited to have you join us for our wedding! We wanted to make you aware, that due to other events taking place near the wedding venue, it is advised that travel and hotel reservations be made early to avoid any possible issues.

Please plan to arrive by 5PM to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in. Early arrival ensures a smooth and relaxed start to the celebration!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We kindly ask all guests to be seated by then so we can start on time.

We'd love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day. We are requesting semi-formal attire for the evening. We ask to avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride- whites, ivories, and creams.

Yes (fingers crossed)! Please note- the weather in April is unpredictable. Please dress accordingly. Guests will walk on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended. Cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors.

Please RSVP by March 7th, 2026. This helps us get an accurate headcount for our vendors.

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.

Yes! The room block at Comfort Suites (3000 N 103rd Terrace, Kansas City, KS 66109, USA) has limited availability. If you plan on reserving a room utilizing the reduced rate of $149, please reach out directly to Hanna or Chandler, so they can ensure you have a room secured. Space is limited, so it is advised to reserve early.

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway- they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not or you choose to stay elsewhere, you can find additional nearby accommodations on our travel page.

Yes, overnight parking is allowed! We understand the importance of ensuring everyone gets home safely. Guests can leave their vehicles overnight and pick them up the following day.
